The Insurance Exchange is a fast-paced aggressive 30+ year old company with multi-million dollar revenue growth year after year. The success of our company comes from marketing group health products to independent insurance brokers and agencies in Texas. Our contracts with top national carriers such as UnitedHealthcare and All Savers allow us to assist the broker with all facets of the sale. Our expertise is providing licensed experienced support to our brokers and their clients in all levels of the group medical sale and policy administration.

Available Positions

Currently, we are looking for an Account Manager/Renewal Specialist to join our team.  This position will provide our clients with unparalleled service during and after renewal.  Responsibilities include: eligibility, billing clarification, claim resolution support, benefit questions and assisting the client with their renewal.  The ideal candidate will possess a “can-do” attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.  Must have a professional appearance, be able to work 40 hours a week, and have excellent communication and presentation skills.  **This is NOT a remote position**

Requirements:

• Experience in Employee Benefits required
• Must have a Texas General Lines Life & Health License
• Ability to communicate and adhere to deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment as a team and autonomously
• Have a strong attention to detail
• Have strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Demonstrate professionalism, be optimistic, people-oriented and competitive
• Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written)
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
