Our expertise is providing licensed experienced support to our brokers and their clients in all levels of the group medical sale and policy administration.
Currently, we are looking for an Account Manager/Renewal Specialist to join our team. This position will provide our clients with unparalleled service during and after renewal. Responsibilities include: eligibility, billing clarification, claim resolution support, benefit questions and assisting the client with their renewal. The ideal candidate will possess a “can-do” attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Must have a professional appearance, be able to work 40 hours a week, and have excellent communication and presentation skills. **This is NOT a remote position**
