Assumptions

We have compiled a list of assumptions that have been used when generating your quote.

The Following Assumptions Were Made while Running Your Quote:

UnitedHealthcare & Aetna

– If group is under 20 employees, Medicare is primary.

– The SIC code used to generate the proposal is information gathered from Dun & Bradstreet. If no information is available, we use the nature of business provided to determine the SIC code.
