Quoting
- Our quoting staff will work with your office to make sure quoting information is accurate and complete. Many quoting services don’t do the extra effort needed to ensure your quote is accurate. The Insurance Exchange staff is trained to gather all the needed data to provide you with the most accurate quote with an expedient turn around time.
Customer Service
- Our award winning customer service staff is available to assist you and your clients with any group medical issue that comes up. Thanks to our exclusive carrier relationships, we have real-time computer access to systems few other servicing companies have. All of these features are available as passthrough services, so your groups see these services as coming from your office. Some notable services include:

Enrollment
- Almost all servicing offices are not equipped to provide onsite enrollment services to groups down to two lives. The Insurance Exchange believes that two life groups still need quality guidance. We are available to assist the broker with enrollment meetings varying from two lives to two hundred (or more). We also can provide bilingual enrollers when needed.
Renewals
- One of the most trying times for many brokers is during the enrollment phase of a group’s life. The Insurance Exchange begins work with you on your group’s renewal at least 90 days in advance. Our representatives will work closely with you and the carrier to maximize benefit offerings, while minimizing cost fluctuations. Our renewal department boasts higher than average retention combined with product and market knowledge that you cannot find elsewhere.
