New All Savers Sales Bonus

Kick-off 2017 with an opportunity to make more money!  UnitedHealthcare has announced a new Sales Bonus for All Savers® Alternate Funding Cases with up to 50 Eligible Employees with effective dates from Feb 1 – Sept 30, 2017.  Agents in Texas can earn $100 – $500 per group written if they meet the bonus eligibility requirements.  See attachment below for bonus program details.  If you have any questions, please contact your TIE Sales rep at 972.991.6500.

All Savers Bonus Program

UHC New Business Bonus 51-99

If you qualified for the Retention Bonus, then you may also qualify for the New Business Bonus too!  Any 51-99 eligible groups sold between 7/1 through 12/31/15 will qualify if at least 100 eligible members are sold and the broker qualified for the retention bonus.  Depending on the total enrolled employees sold, you could get a bonus up to $50,000!  Add employer-sponsored or contributory dental coverage to your eligible new business medical case and you could earn an additional $500!

  • 100 – 149 enrolled employees = $2,000
  • 150 – 199 enrolled employees = $5,000
  • 200 – 249 enrolled employees = $10,000
  • 250 – 299 enrolled employees = $20,000
  • 300 – 349 enrolled employees = $30,000
  • 350 – 399 enrolled employees = $40,000
  • 400 or more enrolled employees = $50,000

UHC Retention Bonus 51-99

If you have at least 100 enrolled employees in the 51-99 market, you may be eligible for the UHC Retention Bonus!  Retain at least 80% of your employee base and you could earn anywhere from $10 to $30 per employee come 2016!

The retention bonus applies to groups with 51-99 eligible employees that renew from July 1 through Jan 31 2016.  Brokers with an inforce block of at least 100 enrolled employees in eligible groups as of June 30, 2015 must have an employee retention percentage of at least 80% as of January 31, 2016 to qualify for the bonus:

  • 80.0% to 89.9% = $10 per Enrolled Employee
  • 90.0% to 94.9% = $20 per Enrolled Employee
  • 95.0% or higher = $30 per Enrolled Employee

Medical and Specialty Benefits Bonus

Agents who qualify for the medical bonus and sell either employer or employee paid Specialty Benefits coverages (dental, vision, base life, supplemental life, short-term disability, long-term disability, critical illness or accident) with their fully insured medical groups can also qualify to receive a specialty bonus.
